Specially Capable Junior Musicians
Teachers should take careful consideration before labeling a student as SCJM.
If a student is identified as a SCJM, the teacher must fill out Form JR 3-13 and submit it to the festival chairman one month prior to the festival for approval. The form must be completed every year.
If the SCJM is unable to memorize the music, a note from a doctor is required and must accompany the application.
Student Transfer
For students that have participated in Federation Festival with another club the teacher must fill out JR-3-11 and submit it to the Gold Cup Chairman.
